A dry, continental style cider made with a blend of 6 apples from our orchard. This cider is aged "on the lees" which imparts a complex nose and flavour profile which distinguishes it from our British style ciders. Due to the nature of wild ferments, the wild yeast found naturally on apples have a bigger influence in Funkhaus, meaning there is more variation barrel to barrel than of our other ciders.
