This 2023 Hyslop Craft Cider is made with Hyslop crabapples. These smaller apples may be a pain to pick, but are completely worth it for the beautiful amber colour and fresh, tart flavours. Hyslop is a perfectly dry, seasonal cider that only comes around every two years.
Try pairing this cider with spicy foods, or on its own after a long day of work.
