Funkhaus

A dry, continental style cider made with a blend of 6 apples from our orchard.  This cider is aged "on the lees" which imparts a complex nose and flavour profile which distinguishes it from our British style ciders.  Due to the nature of wild ferments, the wild yeast found naturally on apples have a bigger influence in Funkhaus, there is more variation between barrels of Funkhaus than of our other ciders.

The cider is bottled in clear bail-tops.  These fully re-usable bottles can be returned for the  deposit on your next purchase or if you prefer can put to any number of uses around your kitchen.

Funkhaus has a craft cider cousin, Wild Child.
