Too pretty for the press.

We grow our apples organically with no chemical pesticides or herbicides.  All of our fruit is tree ripened - none is picked early for shipping or storage.  The result is apples that taste better and can be enjoyed, as they should be, right off the tree.  A consequence of our approach is a higher number of apples with some cosmetic shortcomings which makes them ideal for the press.  The naturally perfect apples, beauties, we produce in our orchard dodge the press and are set aside.  Beauties are available for sale during the harvest season (August --> November).
