Sugar Bush is a clean, off-dry British Style cider made from a blend of midseason apples including Empire, Spartan and Cortland. This cider is back-sweetened with a touch of local maple syrup. Maple flavours are not overpowering, but rather balance out this cider for a smooth drinking experience.
